Role Overview

Baseten is looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to shape and scale the go-to-market hiring function from the ground up. Operating in New York with remote flexibility, this role collaborates closely with Sales leadership and hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment. Every professional brought on board directly contributes to the expansion of a platform that powers mission-critical inference for leading artificial intelligence organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete full-cycle hiring process, guiding recruitment goals from initial role kickoff through final offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and execute strategic sourcing plans to build strong candidate pipelines.
Maintain an exceptional candidate experience by delivering clear communication and timely updates throughout the interview journey.
Continuously optimize hiring workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill metrics, and elevate overall quality of hire.
Monitor and evaluate recruiting metrics, such as pipeline health and conversion rates, to guide future hiring strategies.

Requirements

Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced startup setting managing significant headcount targets.
Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing high-caliber talent specifically for Sales organizations.
Strong commitment to taking total ownership of hiring objectives and proactively enhancing recruiting processes.
Outstanding organizational skills capable of balancing multiple simultaneous searches and competing priorities.
Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
