About this role
Adyen develops a financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for global customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The GTM Engineering team builds the automations, custom internal applications, and AI-native workflows that power commercial operations. Candidates joining this team will act as hands-on technical builders who leverage AI coding assistants and LLMs to solve process bottlenecks and improve commercial workflows. Day-to-day work involves partnering with commercial stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the commercial lifecycle through technology. The role requires someone comfortable reading code, utilizing agentic coding tools, and integrating GTM tools with LLM APIs using REST APIs and webhooks. Ideal candidates bring a background in technical operations, revenue operations, or automation engineering, alongside strong problem-solving capabilities and independence.

- Investigate and resolve complex issues across integrations, workflows, data pipelines, and custom applications with a focus on scalability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Account Management to translate daily friction points into technical solutions.

- At least 5 years of experience in a technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, software engineering, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and automation platforms such as n8n, Workato, or Zapier.
