Key Responsibilities

Mine the prospect base for signals by acting as the primary Clay power user to build enrichment waterfalls and signal-detection workflows that route high-fit leads to account executives.
Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and agents utilizing workflow tools such as Salesforce Flows and Workato alongside custom code.
Translate ambiguous business challenges and manual workflows into reliable, automated, AI-driven systems.
Own builds from end to end, developing technical documentation, monitoring, and testing frameworks to ensure reliability.
Champion artificial intelligence best practices across go-to-market teams to help the entire organization operate more intelligently.

Requirements

Three to five years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Systems Engineering, or Growth Engineering within a B2B SaaS organization.
Fluency in AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor for daily scaffolding, debugging, and shipping.
Advanced expertise in Clay or an equivalent enrichment and orchestration platform.
Strong SQL fluency for writing complex, multi-table queries within warehouse layers like dbt and BigQuery.
Hands-on experience inside Salesforce, including its data model, Flows, and formula fields.
An ownership mindset capable of defining scope with minimal direction and shipping efficient early versions quickly.

Nice to Have

Five or more years of total professional experience.
Production experience utilizing LLM APIs from providers like Claude or OpenAI for prompt design and evaluation loops.
Experience with agent tooling and Model Context Protocol, including the Claude Agent SDK and MCP servers.
Project experience focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
Background knowledge in early careers or marketplace SaaS business models.
