Build and maintain audience architecture by managing segmentation, targeting, and campaign design using ZoomInfo, CRM queries, and web scraping.
Engineer automated GTM workflows using Clay, Make.com, and n8n to streamline audience building, enrichment, lead routing, and scoring across APIs.
Write the copy that powers AI-generated outbound, crafting base-layer sales emails, launch messaging, and positioning frameworks.
Maintain data quality and lead flow by monitoring enrichment syncs, campaign data flow, field accuracy, and attribution in Salesforce and Marketo.
Activate signal-driven targeting using intent data from 6sense, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights to prioritize accounts and refine ideal customer profiles.
Build and maintain standardized attribution and pipeline reporting dashboards connected to campaign activity and revenue.
Partner with SDR and Sales Ops teams to ensure alignment and consistent campaign delivery through Salesloft.
Evaluate and implement emerging GTM and AI automation tools to improve outbound efficiency and data accuracy.
Document all built processes, creating playbooks and runbooks to ensure repeatability across the team.

Requirements

Four to seven years of professional experience in B2B Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Growth roles that bridge systems, automation, and campaign execution.
Proven success in executing and optimizing demand generation and ABM programs across multiple channels.
Core platform experience using Salesforce, Clay, Make.com, n8n, outbound platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Salesloft, and Outreach, and paid channels like LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of data flow, routing logic, and attribution modeling in CRM-centric environments.
Demonstrated ability in B2B sales copywriting to write clear, compelling outbound email frameworks and messaging foundations for AI-assisted personalization.
A builder mentality characterized by a bias for action, curiosity for new tools, and a focus on clean, scalable systems.
Passion for AI and GTM experimentation to make campaigns faster and more impactful.
