About this role

Construction Takeoff Software for Estimators seeks a remote GTM Engineer in the United States to manage revenue-driving systems and prediction models. This full-time position suits an experienced technical professional with a background in growth engineering or RevOps looking to scale AI-powered pre-construction solutions.

Role Overview

As a GTM Engineer, you own the technology stack that turns raw signals into business pipeline. You inherit live systems carrying real revenue, meaning your code and models directly dictate how the company sells. The role requires judgment under live conditions, balancing quick version-one solutions with robust long-term architecture while managing messy data and API failures.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain predictive models for estimator count, seats, and expected ARR with clear confidence bands for sales representatives, owning conversion scoring and model retraining.
Execute multi-segment and multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and voicemail by writing and maintaining the underlying code, handling routing, retries, deduplication, and deliverability.
Generate scalable personalization features, including per-rep landing pages and AI avatar videos, with complete end-to-end tracking for demo attribution.
Utilize call intelligence to ground the AI in real sales conversations, feeding prep documents, follow-up emails, avatar scripts, and page copy with genuine prospect objections.
Transform signals such as job changes, promotions, news, and clicks into scored, prioritized action items routed directly to sales representatives.

Requirements

Bring at least 5 years of experience in growth engineering, RevOps, technical marketing, or sales operations tied directly to revenue or pipeline growth.
Demonstrate strong fluency in a programming language with the ability to write, debug, and validate production-grade code.
Possess applied machine learning experience, including building, training, and maintaining a production model while explaining confidence levels to stakeholders.
Maintain deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, and the patience to debug undocumented vendor failures.
Utilize strong SQL skills and acute data sense to separate genuine insights from noise.
Work hands-on with modern go-to-market tools including HubSpot or Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and n8n.
Apply practical LLM knowledge spanning prompting, function calling, output evaluation, and identifying appropriate use cases.
Exercise strong execution judgment to determine when a working version-one solution beats a delayed perfect specification.
