Role Overview

As an Enterprise Product Specialist, the chosen professional helps scale the customer base by serving as a key partner for new and existing users. Key Responsibilities

Lead customized, product-specific onboarding sessions to introduce users to core platform functionalities.
Design and execute tailored training plans with customers to drive effective software adoption.
Deliver focused training sessions that align with trade-specific workflows.
Create and maintain up-to-date user guides, video tutorials, and training materials.
Proactively interact with new users to encourage adoption and identify potential roadblocks early.
Serve as a resident product expert to help customers optimize their use of the platform.
Partner with Customer Support to monitor, report, and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs.
Coordinate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure high satisfaction and goal alignment.
Update onboarding processes continuously based on customer feedback and software updates.

Requirements

Professional background in the construction industry.
Prior experience in customer training, implementation, support, or onboarding, preferably within a SaaS or technical construction setting.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Capacity to break down complex concepts for different user personas.
Proactive problem-solving skills paired with a self-starter, customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in authoring training documentation and content.
Ability to work collaboratively across product, support, and success teams.
