Role Overview

Reonic is seeking a dedicated Growth Product Manager to take ownership of the Italian market from the Berlin office. Key Responsibilities

Own the Italian market strategy by identifying gaps and optimizing the product experience for local users.
Engage continuously with installers through calls, site visits, product demos, and support interactions.
Drive key performance metrics including activation, adoption, and retention rates for Italian installers.
Develop localized features that comply with regional regulations and adapt to local industry workflows.
Transform localized solutions into scalable platform features usable across all markets.
Evaluate user experience flows to ensure high standards of usability before release.
Collaborate across departments including core product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Requirements

Two or more years of hands-on product management experience, preferably within a startup or product-driven setting.
Demonstrated ability to drive and improve specific product metrics.
Strong qualitative and quantitative research capabilities to inform product decisions.
Excellent product intuition with the ability to identify and critique weak user experience flows.
Availability to travel to Italy approximately once per quarter for customer site visits.
Fluent proficiency in both English and Italian.
