Role Overview

Enpal seeks a Growth & AI Consultant (w/m/d) in Berlin for a full-time position. The successful candidate will work on optimizing decentralized energy systems and scaling processes within Germany's green unicorn company.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze process maps and identify cross-selling opportunities such as heat pumps.
Create, track, and interpret funnel, performance, and growth metrics.
Detect process inefficiencies using artificial intelligence and help implement improvement measures.
Develop, execute, and evaluate strategies to re-engage lost leads.
Support daily sales operations and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams.

Requirements

One to two years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, venture building, startups, or rapid scaling environments like growth operations or business development.
High initiative, hands-on approach, and motivation to drive new topics from initial idea to execution.
Structured, data-driven working style with the ability to quickly grasp complex matters and derive pragmatic recommendations.
Fluent written and spoken German language skills.

Nice to Have
