Reonic is seeking a dedicated professional for the Go-To-Market Heat Pump & Installation position located on-site in Berlin. This full-time opportunity suits individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the vertical owner for heat pumps, installation, or other product parts by refining product fit, removing bottlenecks, and personally onboarding users.
Serve as a trusted product expert and business partner to help clients implement Reonic efficiently.
Drive revenue and net revenue retention by identifying expansion paths, preventing churn, and maximizing product value.
Collaborate cross-functionally with support, product, and engineering teams to speed up adoption and spot market opportunities.
Lead high-impact strategic projects designed to scale the installer network and market share.

Requirements

Professional background in B2B account management with a heavy focus on client-facing interactions.
Prior professional experience working within a high-growth startup environment.
C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French, alongside strong communication skills in English.
Resilient and driven mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve long-term success.

Nice to Have

A technical background in fields such as industrial engineering or a degree from a top-tier business school.
