Role Overview

As a Go-to-Market AI & Data Associate at Reonic, the chosen candidate acts as a co-architect for the internal data ecosystem. Located at the Berlin office near Hackescher Markt, this full-time role involves building applications from scratch and leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate business expansion within the renewable energy industry. The position requires daily in-person collaboration five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage dependable data pipelines to gather information from customers, HubSpot, and Aircall for company-wide accessibility.
Integrate artificial intelligence workflows and predictive models to handle tasks like lead scoring, trend forecasting, and insight automation.
Shape customer-oriented workflows from conception to execution using technical skills and innovative concepts.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments to convert complex datasets into business intelligence dashboards.
Serve as the vertical owner for data-driven analytics by locating bottlenecks, improving analytical fit, and onboarding users.
Write code independently using Python or TypeScript to connect various data sources.

Requirements

Fluent C2 proficiency in English.
Demonstrated expertise using n8n and Python.
Strong familiarity with TypeScript as an added asset.
Deep enthusiasm for applying artificial intelligence to enhance revenue operations.
Highly motivated mindset focused on independent problem-solving and execution.

Nice to Have

Background in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence.
Prior history building data warehouses and connecting SaaS applications such as Aircall or HubSpot.
Speaking abilities in German, French, Italian, or Portuguese.
