Role Overview
The Fullstack Engineer, AI Implementation at Oneleet is a remote position available across the US and EU that involves integrating advanced artificial intelligence capabilities into a prominent security and compliance platform. This hands-on role is well-suited for a dedicated developer with a strong background in software engineering who wants to make cybersecurity painless and accessible through modern technology.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate third-party AI service endpoints into the platform while managing authentication, error states, and response processing.
Design context gathering systems that extract relevant security data from across the platform to supply AI services.
Build intuitive user interface components using JavaScript and React to present AI-generated insights, recommendations, and automations.
Map complex AI service responses to actionable user interface elements that drive user action.
Implement robust error handling and fallback behaviors for times when AI services are unavailable or return unexpected results.
Create feedback loops capturing user interactions with AI features to support continuous product improvement.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand their specific usage needs and rapidly implement user experience improvements.
Optimize API calls to AI services for performance by implementing appropriate caching while maintaining data freshness.
Build monitoring and analytics systems to track AI feature usage, success rates, and user engagement.
Partner with the AI team to communicate platform needs and user feedback that can improve underlying services.
Develop reusable patterns and components for AI integration across various platform features.
Ensure all AI features integrate smoothly with existing platform workflows without disrupting current user patterns.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of fullstack software development experience with expertise in Go and JavaScript.
Strong practical experience building production APIs including REST and gRPC.
Proven track record of developing responsive, intuitive user interfaces utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.
Experience handling data transformation and mapping between various system formats.
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming patterns and API optimization techniques.
Experience gathering requirements directly from users and translating feedback into technical improvements.
Strong debugging skills extending across the full stack from backend services to frontend user interfaces.
Experience utilizing production monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Strong communication skills paired with comfort working directly with customers.
Ability to balance technical excellence with shipping features that deliver immediate value.

Previous experience integrating artificial intelligence or machine learning services into production applications.

Annual base salary range between $110,000 and $180,000 USD, with geographic pay bands applied globally.
