Role Overview

Bjakcareer seeks full stack engineers to develop the AI Finance Agent. The position requires moving across frontend, backend, internal tools, and customer journeys to ship products rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch quickly.
Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.
Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production issue data to refine features post-launch.
Create internal tools that reduce manual work and increase business speed.

Requirements

Three or more years of full stack software engineering experience.
Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
Practical background using modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.
Ability to construct useful products quickly without relying on complete specifications.
Strong product sense, user experience awareness, and attention to detail.
Comfort with debugging issues across the entire technology stack.
Based in Germany.
Strong English communication skills.
