Role Overview

The Full Stack Software Engineer position focuses on building fast across Bjakcareer's AI Finance Agent. The role requires product-minded engineers who can move seamlessly across frontend interfaces, backend systems, internal tools, and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch quickly.
Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability.
Use analytics, feedback, and production issues to improve features after launch.
Build internal tools that reduce manual work and improve business speed.

Requirements

Three or more years of full stack software engineering experience.
Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.
Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.
Ability to build useful products quickly without requiring perfect specifications.
Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail.
Comfort with debugging across the entire stack.
Residence in Spain.
Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have
