Role Overview

BJAK seeks engineers to construct fast across the AI Finance Agent product line. The position involves turning ideas into working products rapidly by moving across customer journeys, backend services, frontend interfaces, and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

Construct internal and customer-facing product features from start to finish.
Create backend APIs, web flows, dashboards, admin tools, and operational systems.
Support financial services spanning insurance, travel, payments, savings, and investing.
Collaborate alongside product, mobile, operations, and design teams to launch quickly.
Handle data flows, integrate APIs, and enhance production reliability.
Refine features post-launch by utilizing production issues, feedback, and analytics.
Develop internal solutions that cut down manual work and increase organizational speed.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of professional experience in full stack software engineering.
Solid fundamentals in both backend and frontend development.
Familiarity with production systems, databases, APIs, and modern web frameworks.
Capacity to construct useful products rapidly despite imperfect specifications.
Strong attention to detail, UX awareness, and product sense.
Ability to debug issues across the entire technology stack.
Strong English communication skills.
Current residency in Hong Kong.
