Role Overview

The Full Stack Software Engineer position focuses on developing fast across the AI Finance Agent platform at bjakcareer. Professionals in this role handle everything from frontend user interfaces and backend logic to internal tools and operational systems, supporting various financial domains such as insurance, savings, and investments.

Key Responsibilities

Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch features rapidly.
Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.
Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production metrics to refine features post-launch.
Create internal tools that reduce manual tasks and increase operational speed.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
Experience working with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.
Ability to construct useful products quickly without relying on complete specifications.
Strong product sense, user experience awareness, and attention to detail.
Capability to debug issues across the entire technology stack.
Proficiency in English communication for global team collaboration.
