Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to help construct fast solutions across the AI Finance Agent. The position involves turning concepts into functioning applications rapidly by moving between frontend, backend, internal tools, and user pathways. English serves as the primary working language, requiring strong communication abilities for global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Construct customer-facing and internal product features from start to finish.
Create web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
Support offerings spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to achieve fast launches.
Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.
Utilize analytics, feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.
Construct internal tools that minimize manual work and increase operational speed.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of full stack software engineering experience.
Solid fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
Experience working with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.
Ability to construct useful products quickly without relying on complete specifications.
Strong product sense, user experience awareness, and attention to detail.
Capability to debug issues across the entire technology stack.
Strong English communication skills.
Availability to work from the United Kingdom office at least three days per week.
