Role Overview

BJAK seeks full-stack software engineers to contribute to the development of the AI Finance Agent. The position involves working across frontend interfaces, backend APIs, internal dashboards, and customer journeys to ship functional products rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Construct end-to-end features for internal and customer-facing products.
Create web flows, operational systems, admin tools, dashboards, and backend APIs.
Support various financial offerings spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Collaborate alongside product, mobile, design, and operations teams to achieve fast launches.
Manage data flows, integrate APIs, and enhance production reliability.
Utilize production metrics, user feedback, and bug reports to refine features post-launch.
Create internal tooling designed to minimize manual tasks and increase business velocity.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
Solid fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
Familiarity with production systems, databases, APIs, and modern web frameworks.
Capacity to construct functional products rapidly without requiring fully detailed specifications.
Strong UX awareness, product sense, and attention to detail.
Ability to debug issues effectively across the entire technology stack.
Strong English communication skills.
Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to Have

Background working in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, high-volume platforms, or consumer applications.
