Role Overview

The Full Stack Software Engineer position involves developing features for the AI Finance Agent platform. The professional filling this role will operate across the entire technology stack, handling both frontend and backend responsibilities to deliver applications supporting financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end features for internal and customer-facing interfaces.
Create web flows, administrative dashboards, backend APIs, and operational systems.
Support various product domains including insurance, payments, investments, and travel services.
Collaborate alongside product, mobile, design, and operations teams during launches.
Handle API integrations, manage data flows, and maintain production reliability.
Analyze metrics, user feedback, and production issues to optimize features post-launch.
Construct internal tools aimed at minimizing manual processes across the organization.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional experience in full stack software engineering.
Solid understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals.
Practical background working with databases, modern web frameworks, APIs, and production environments.
Ability to rapidly transform vague requirements into functional products.
Strong product intuition, attention to detail, and awareness of user experience.
Capability to troubleshoot and debug across the entire technology stack.
Proficiency in English communication for collaboration with global teams.
