Role Overview

BJAK seeks full stack engineers to develop the AI Finance Agent. The position requires turning ideas into functional products across frontend, backend, internal tools, and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch solutions quickly.
Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.
Utilize analytics, feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.
Create internal tools that minimize manual tasks and increase business speed.

Requirements

Three or more years of full stack software engineering experience.
Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.
Ability to construct useful products rapidly without relying on complete specifications.
Product sense, user experience awareness, and attention to detail.
Competence in debugging across the entire technical stack.
Current residency in Austria.
Strong English communication skills for collaborating with global teams.
