Role Overview

The Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Finance Agent position at BJAK involves building fast across the company's financial technology systems. The professional selected for this remote position will design and maintain digital products that help users manage money effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Build customer-facing and internal product features from start to finish.
Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch solutions rapidly.
Integrate application programming interfaces, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.
Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production bug reports to refine features post-launch.
Create internal tools that minimize manual work and increase operational speed.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional full stack software engineering experience.
Strong foundational knowledge in both frontend and backend development.
Experience working with modern web frameworks, application programming interfaces, databases, and production systems.
Ability to construct functional products quickly using incomplete specifications.
Strong product sense, user experience awareness, and keen attention to detail.
Comfort with debugging issues across the entire technical stack.
Residence in the United States.
Strong English communication skills.
