Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to build products across the AI Finance Agent. The position involves developing customer journeys, backend systems, and internal tools to support financial applications in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Build end-to-end features for both internal users and customers.
Create backend APIs, web flows, operational systems, admin tools, and dashboards.
Support financial services including insurance, savings, investing, payments, and travel.
Collaborate with design, product, mobile, and operations teams to ship rapidly.
Manage data flows, integrate APIs, and maintain production reliability.
Utilize feedback, analytics, and production data to refine features post-launch.
Create internal tools that decrease manual tasks and increase business speed.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional experience in full stack software engineering.
Solid fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
Practical background working with databases, modern web frameworks, APIs, and production systems.
Ability to construct practical products rapidly without complete specifications.
Strong product awareness, attention to detail, and user experience sensibility.
Capability to debug issues across the entire technology stack.
Current residence in Thailand.
Proficiency in English communication.

Nice to Have

Background in insurtech, fintech, high-volume platforms, consumer apps, or marketplaces.
