Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Build customer-facing and internal product features from start to finish
Develop web flows, backend application programming interfaces, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems
Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services
Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch features quickly
Integrate application programming interfaces, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability
Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch
Construct internal tools that reduce manual tasks and increase business speed

Requirements

Three or more years of full stack software engineering experience
Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development
Experience working with modern web frameworks, application programming interfaces, databases, and production systems
Ability to construct useful products quickly without relying on complete specifications
Strong product sense, user experience awareness, and attention to detail
Proficiency in debugging across the entire technology stack
Strong English communication skills for working with global teams
