Key Responsibilities

Construct end-to-end product features for both customers and internal teams.
Create web flows, backend APIs, dashboards, admin tools, and operational systems.
Support offerings related to insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
Collaborate alongside product, mobile, design, and operations personnel to execute rapid launches.
Connect APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.
Refine features post-launch using production analytics, issues, and user feedback.
Construct internal tools that minimize manual tasks and boost operational speed.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
Solid foundations in both frontend and backend development.
Familiarity with modern databases, web frameworks, APIs, and production environments.
Ability to construct practical products rapidly without requiring exhaustive specifications.
Strong product awareness, user experience understanding, and attention to detail.
Capability to debug issues across the entire technology stack.
Residence in Indonesia.
Proficiency in English communication.
