The position centers on designing how autonomous agents function, handle errors, recover from failures, and deliver consistent value to end users without requiring complex prompting.

Key Responsibilities

Construct end-to-end product features spanning frontend components, backend services, and AI integrations.
Architect agent workflows capable of managing multi-step planning, tool utilization, failure handling, and recovery.
Integrate large language models, memory modules, and external tools into reliable production systems.
Develop real-time artificial intelligence interactions featuring data streaming, partial results, and strict latency limits.
Enhance system reliability, observability, and fallback procedures.
Partner with machine learning, backend, and product teams to release features from conception to production.
Refine the platform based on practical usage data and observed failure scenarios.

Requirements

Extensive background in full stack software engineering covering both client and server development.
Sound comprehension of system design principles and application programming interface architecture.
Practical familiarity deploying large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, or intelligence-driven applications.
Capacity to navigate ambiguity and execute pragmatic engineering decisions.
High degree of ownership with the ability to drive features independently to production.
Adaptability to function within rapid environments characterized by shifting requirements.
