Key Responsibilities

Build complete product features spanning frontend components, backend systems, and AI integrations.
Create agent workflows capable of planning, utilizing tools, managing failures, and recovering across multiple steps.
Integrate large language models, memory components, and external tools into dependable production systems.
Implement real-time AI interactions utilizing streaming, partial results, and strict latency management.
Enhance system reliability, observability, and fallback procedures.
Partner with machine learning, backend, and product departments to deliver end-to-end features.
Refine systems continuously by analyzing real usage patterns and failure modes.

Requirements

Demonstrated background in full stack engineering covering both frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in system design principles and application programming interface architecture.
Practical background working with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, or artificial intelligence applications.
Capacity to navigate ambiguity and execute pragmatic engineering choices.
High sense of ownership to drive features from initial concept through production.
