Guiding complex sales cycles and customer architectures, the Field Engineering Manager directs a team of Specialist Solutions Architects focused on data engineering, machine learning, and enterprise software. This group tackles the most important customer engagements by providing deep technical expertise alongside sales and solution architect teams.

What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of Specialist Solutions Architects responsible for key elements of the technical sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to deploy technical experts and drive critical use cases forward.
- Oversee regional growth quotas to expand platform usage and prevent churn in strategic accounts.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns on strategic accounts alongside sales and pre-sales field leadership.
- Manage escalations, mentor team members, and build structured career paths for assigned personnel.
- Establish relationships across the business to support customer success and positive internal morale.
What you need
- Bring five or more years of experience leading Data and AI engineering, technical pre-sales, or post-sales teams.
- Demonstrate five or more years of hands-on experience developing data solutions with distributed computing, cloud data warehousing, MLOps, or Generative AI infrastructure.
- Apply strong skills in technical discovery, architecture design validation, and structured proof-of-concept management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical executives guiding strategic data infrastructure decisions.
- Possess native proficiency in Korean along with business-level English proficiency.

What language skills are required?
Native proficiency in Korean is a must for this position. Business-level English is also preferred.
