As a Field Application Engineer, the selected candidate will work directly with enterprise customers and the sales team to drive product adoption through technical meetings, presentations, and workshops. This customer-facing role bridges the gap between technical users and internal product teams by gathering field insights, resolving complex technical challenges, and helping shape future product enhancements. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in AI and machine learning combined with exceptional communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences ranging from researchers to executives.
What you will do
- Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and enterprise customers to drive the adoption of company products and solutions.
- Partner with sales operations and product teams to relay customer feedback and help shape future product enhancements.
- Leverage deep technical knowledge in AI to explain complex concepts to both technical users and non-technical stakeholders.
What you need
- Bring 5+ years of relevant technical, enterprise experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Possess experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.
- Maintain a good understanding of data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal and power considerations, and infrastructure management.
- Meet eligibility requirements to access U.S. export-controlled technology and comply with applicable federal agency regulations.
