Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end federal partner strategy and execute named-account plans, joint value propositions, and solution plays with partner leadership.
Drive sell-to motions by landing Deepgram as the embedded speech and voice AI layer inside partner AI platforms and mission software factories.
Drive sell-through motions by establishing repeatable, partner-led offerings for agency contact center transformation, voice-enabled analytics, and benefits-processing voice AI.
Drive sell-with motions by co-selling into named federal accounts alongside partner account teams and Deepgram Federal Account Executives.
Build a measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, set quarterly and annual targets, and own the final numbers.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions architects to package reference architectures, delivery playbooks, and agency-specific offerings.
Design and launch partner enablement programs, technical certifications, sales plays, and GovCloud demo environments.
Build and deploy AI systems, agents, automations, and data pipelines to streamline pipeline hygiene, account mapping, and partner-specific collateral creation.
Represent Deepgram as the senior face in alliance QBRs, joint executive briefings, and federal AI summits like AFCEA, ACT-IAC, and GITEC.
Partner cross-functionally across federal account teams, applied engineering, proposal teams, government affairs, and legal.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.
At least 7 years of experience in partner management, alliances, business development, or federal enterprise sales, with 3 to 5 years directly owning SI, prime, or hyperscaler federal relationships.
Demonstrated track record of building sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with named federal partners and delivering measurable revenue.
Experience scaling a federal partnership from early-stage or zero.
Strong command of federal SIs and primes, including capture teams, delivery centers, COEs, contract vehicles, and teaming agreements.
Fluency with the federal AI landscape, including LLMs, agentic AI, mission software factories, FedRAMP and DoD Impact Level authorization pathways, and hyperscaler co-sell motions.
Hands-on AI-native operator who personally uses AI tools every day and has built automations, agents, or data workflows.
Excellent executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with partner SVPs and federal practice leads.
Strong analytical rigor and a self-directed, high-ownership approach to a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
