The Data Center Facilities Technical Manager oversees the development and implementation of technical operational processes and procedures for data center clients. What you will do
- Provide strategic and operational support on processes and standards across the local data center portfolio.
- Review, comment on, and approve High-Risk emergency operating procedures for clients.
- Manage technical library content and structure to ensure global accessibility and relevance.
- Audit processes and procedures such as PPM systems and reporting to ensure compliance.
- Execute operational and performance risk assessments alongside the operations team.
- Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems with a broad understanding of departmental impact.
What you need
- Experience in developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated background providing strategic and operational support on processes and standards across a data center portfolio.
- Proven track record in evaluating and improving technical operational processes and procedures.
- Technical knowledge of High-Risk emergency operating procedures and Data Center compliance standards.
- Familiarity with critical facilities commissioning standards and operations procedural documents.
- Experience executing operational and performance risk assessments.
Nice to have
- Specific experience with large-scale AI hyperscale environments.
- Advanced certifications in Data Center Management or relevant engineering disciplines.

What is the salary range for this role?
The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
