Maintaining 100% uptime and meeting strict client SLAs across a growing data center portfolio requires robust operational oversight and standardized technical processes. CoreWeave is hiring a Facilities Technical Manager in Reno, NV to spearhead the development and implementation of best-in-class technical operational procedures for data center clients. This role exists to ensure consistent, high-quality technical service delivery while managing vendor contracts and driving continuous improvement within the Data Center Operations organization.
The person in this position will review high-risk emergency operating procedures, audit compliance files, and execute operational and performance risk assessments. What you will do
- Provide strategic and operational support on processes and standards across the local data center portfolio.
- Continually evaluate and improve technical operational processes and procedures in collaboration with the team.
- Review, comment on, and approve high-risk emergency operating procedures for clients.
- Manage technical library content and structure to ensure global accessibility and relevance.
- Audit processes and procedures such as the PPM system, reporting, and statutory files to ensure compliance.
- Execute operational and performance risk assessments and work with the operations team to maintain policies.
- Solve complex technical and operational problems with a broad understanding of departmental impact.
What you need
- Experience in developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated background in providing strategic and operational support across a data center portfolio.
- Technical knowledge of high-risk emergency operating procedures and data center compliance standards.
- Familiarity with critical facilities commissioning standards and operations procedural documents.
- Proven capability in executing operational and performance risk assessments.
- Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems with broad organizational understanding.

What is the salary range for this role?
The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
