Executive Business Parter, Customer Success

The incoming Executive Business Partner will work directly alongside the SVP of Customer Success to increase operating effectiveness and drive accountability across the organization.
Day-to-day responsibilities extend far beyond traditional administrative tasks, requiring active participation in forecasting conversations, synthesis of complex business metrics, and coordination of cross-functional initiatives. Success requires bridging high-level strategic narratives with grounded data analysis to support key leadership and board meetings.
What you will do
- Manage and strategically prioritize the SVP of Customer Success's calendar, meetings, and commitments while ensuring appropriate preparation with data and context.
- Participate in forecasting, business reviews, and operating meetings to develop a deep understanding of metrics such as retention, renewals, expansion, and customer health.
- Analyze and synthesize complex operational data into concise executive-level narratives focused on performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms by establishing clear reporting expectations and tracking commitments made by functional leaders.
- Drive high-priority Customer Success initiatives from problem definition through execution while coordinating across cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, and Product.
- Build structure around ambiguous problems by identifying workstreams, owners, dependencies, timelines, and necessary decisions.
- Coordinate executive logistics, including travel, leadership meetings, team events, and offsites as needed.
