Role Overview

Baseten is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CRO and Head of Strategic Sales at their San Francisco office. This full-time position is ideal for an organized professional with a background in high-growth technology environments who excels at managing operational rhythms and cross-functional communications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage intricate calendars for the CRO and Head of Strategic Sales by balancing competing priorities and optimizing time allocation.
Prepare leadership for meetings through proactive management of agendas, background materials, context, logistics, and necessary follow-ups.
Facilitate forward-looking planning for key operating cadences, including pipeline reviews, QBRs, leadership meetings, and Sales All Hands.
Coordinate executive visits, meetings, and engagements with external partners and customers.
Handle executive inbox management to triage requests, prioritize messages, and ensure prompt responses.
Arrange complex domestic and international travel logistics, including last-minute adjustments.
Organize team offsites, milestone recognition events, and celebrations from budgeting to vendor management.
Enhance sales leadership efficiency by identifying and implementing scalable, reliable operational processes.

Requirements

Three to five or more years of experience assisting senior leaders such as a CRO, VP of Sales, or Head of Strategic Sales within high-growth tech, venture capital, private equity, or professional services.
Familiarity with revenue organization functions, sales operating rhythms, forecasting cycles, and fast-paced go-to-market teams.
Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle multiple tasks without losing track of details.
Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with sound judgment for representing executives.
Proven track record of orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives across diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in managing busy calendars, global travel, and executive communications.
Ability to maintain professionalism and executive presence when interacting with customers, candidates, prospects, and senior leaders.
Resourceful, proactive, and autonomous work ethic focused on anticipating needs and building structure.
High adaptability to thrive in rapid-growth settings where priorities shift quickly.
