About this role

Managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and meeting preparations forms the core daily routine of the Executive Assistant to the COO at Glean. The person in this seat will act as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer, handling communication flows, preparing presentation decks and briefing notes, and coordinating onsite logistics for high-priority interactions. Beyond standard administrative tasks, the role exists to establish operational structure, build lightweight communication hubs, and help the broader COO organization scale effectively.

Candidates who thrive in ambiguity, exercise strong judgment, protect confidentiality, and enjoy creating organization from scratch will do well here. Operating within a hybrid model based out of the Mountain View office, the individual will collaborate closely with other executive assistants and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across company priorities and maintain smooth daily execution.
