Role Overview

reindeer-ai seeks an Enterprise AI Transformation Strategist for a full-time position located in New York. The person in this position will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives in banking, insurance, payments, and other regulated institutions. The professional will own end-to-end transformation engagements, guiding clients from initial vision and roadmap creation to full adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with C-level executives and senior leaders to define how artificial intelligence reshapes functions, workflows, and operating models.
Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, and value realization reviews to align leadership on transformation agendas.
Build business cases and value models covering productivity, cost, revenue, risk, cycle time, and quality.
Translate business goals into prioritized use cases across finance, risk, compliance, customer operations, underwriting, claims, servicing, and back office.
Build adoption roadmaps that connect strategy, workflow redesign, technology readiness, change management, governance, and value tracking.
Lead transformation offices for strategic accounts by managing stakeholders, workstreams, timelines, risks, and executive communication.
Coordinate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, and Customer teams to deploy practical AI agents and workflow automation.
Identify adoption blockers such as regulatory requirements, risk controls, and data sensitivity, and design practical resolutions.
Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, workshop formats, maturity models, and value assessment tools for the company methodology.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence or data strategy, or complex enterprise delivery.
Track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programs with senior business and technology stakeholders at Fortune 1000 or global enterprises.
Deep familiarity with the operational workflows, regulatory realities, and transformation priorities of financial services companies.
Practical fluency in generative and agentic artificial intelligence, automation, data, and enterprise systems.
Executive presence capable of leading C-suite conversations and turning ambiguity into clear strategic direction.
High ownership, comfort operating in ambiguity, and willingness to travel for customer workshops and executive meetings.

Nice to Have

Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, enterprise software company, or artificial intelligence company.
Holding an MBA or advanced degree.
