Role Overview

The AI Solutions Engineer role at reindeer-ai involves managing the technical post-sale customer journey from deployment and integration to adoption and expansion. Practitioners in this position partner closely with founders, Product, and R&D teams to scale complex enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct post-close customer engagement to analyze operational processes, workflows, and deployment needs.
Translate customer insights into structured implementation plans for AI-driven solutions.
Evaluate customer data readiness and configure AI components into customized workflows.
Collaborate with the R&D department to address data gaps and expand product features.
Direct end-to-end solution deployments to satisfy performance and business value goals.
Establish success metrics and promote adoption following launch.
Execute integrations with enterprise systems like ERP, Finance, and email platforms with a focus on security and scalability.
Navigate customers through IT approval, compliance, and security reviews.
Plan and execute rollouts to ensure smooth implementation.

Requirements

Seven or more years of professional background in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or comparable post-sale client-facing capacities.
Solid analytical capabilities to convert business needs into technical designs.
Familiarity with enterprise applications of AI concepts.
High proficiency in utilizing modern AI workflows and tools.
Background in supporting cloud environment deployments and enterprise system integrations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication competencies.
Proven track record of handling solution delivery throughout the complete post-sale client lifecycle.

Nice to Have

Background in workflow mapping, process mining, or operational analytics.
Acquaintance with various enterprise platforms.
Professional exposure within the financial services sector.
