Key Responsibilities

Empower the engineering team by acting as the primary point of contact, removing obstacles, and unblocking execution.
Own the delivery of the roadmap for developer experience improvements, including CI/CD enhancement, cloud registry optimization, and code analysis tools.
Partner closely with engineering teams to scope initiatives, estimate effort, and prioritize productivity impact.
Stay deeply involved in architecture design, system design, coding, peer reviews, and technical decision-making.
Define and evolve team processes, best practices, and execution rituals.
Challenge engineers to take ownership, grow, and increase the team's bus factor through documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant professional work experience in Developer Experience, DevOps, or related fields.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go, plus infrastructure as code tools.
Experience in building and leading high-performing teams focused on developer tooling or infrastructure.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, and business.
Experience with project management and planning for infrastructure initiatives.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, build systems, and container registries.
