Requirements

Strong software engineering background with experience building production systems.

Ability to make architecture and technical trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
Track record of taking products from idea through development, launch, and production.
Comfort reviewing technical designs, challenging decisions, and debugging production issues.
People leadership skills to coach engineers and manage performance.
Product sense connecting engineering decisions to customer and business outcomes.
Ability to work fast with ambiguity and establish clear priorities.
