Key Responsibilities

Maintain technical involvement through code reviews, architecture evaluations, debugging, and critical decision-making.

Requirements

Solid software engineering background with practical experience launching production systems.
Prior experience managing software engineers and taking ownership of delivery outcomes.
Technical expertise across backend, frontend, application programming interfaces, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability in technical trade-offs.
Proven history of guiding products from initial concept through development and launch.
