Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day relationships for assigned frontier AI lab accounts, acting as a dependable and responsive main point of contact.
Convert client feedback and requests into actionable requirements while collaborating with Operations and Strategic Project Leads to maintain delivery schedules.
Identify potential risks and operational tradeoffs early, escalating strategic decisions directly to the VP of Engagement Management.
Assist the leadership team and Sales with expansion discussions by identifying growth signals and account risks.
Monitor and report on key account health metrics, including delivery milestones, satisfaction scores, and service-level agreements.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-ownership, customer-facing positions such as consulting, strategy and operations, customer success, or engagement management.
Background that includes significant tenure at a top-tier consulting firm or another fast-paced, elite environment.
Current or recent experience in an external customer-facing role within the last two years.
Strong curiosity about the artificial intelligence industry and a readiness to build deep technical fluency.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or workstreams simultaneously with high reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
Comfort communicating effectively with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders and internal teams.

Nice to Have

Educational background in a STEM or technical discipline, such as computer science or engineering.
Previous professional exposure to AI, data services, or frontier model development.
Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder delivery or enterprise account management.
Ambition to grow into a Senior Engagement Manager position over time.
