About this role

Role Overview

TRM Labs is seeking an Ecosystem Marketing Lead to scale our intelligence-sharing network, Beacon Network, across crypto exchanges, financial institutions, wallet providers, and adjacent compliance and risk teams in the United States. This full-time, remote role suits an experienced marketer who is ready to independently own strategy, member acquisition, engagement loops, and program visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Own the top of the funnel for Beacon Network membership by setting quarterly targets, channel mixes, and baselines to lift active member counts across financial institutions, exchanges, and wallet providers.
Manage the engagement loop by tracking signals contributed and consumed, member-to-member introductions, peer roundtables, and member-led content while setting cadences for onboarding, monthly value reports, and quarterly business reviews.
Deliver category visibility programs through industry events, partner co-marketing, analyst engagement, and category content while utilizing artificial intelligence as a default first move for event briefs, research, and drafting content.
Serve as the primary human source of member feedback into the product and partnerships teams by running weekly feedback cycles and transforming field signals into roadmaps.
Coordinate alongside the broader marketing organization on shared community surfaces such as the Compliance Community and LEOLabs to leverage overlapping objectives and audiences.
Function as a one-person team who briefs contractors and artificial intelligence resources, ships quickly, eliminates failing initiatives, and reports cleanly to marketing leadership.

Requirements

At least 5 years of marketing experience including prior roles scaling an enterprise member network, B2B community, or industry consortium on a measurable baseline.
A public-facing track record demonstrating networks grown, members acquired, events managed, or communities built.
Demonstrated artificial intelligence fluency with daily comfort using tooling across outreach, research, content, analytics, and event briefs.
Credibility in compliance, fraud, or risk domains, or a credible plan to build it, with comfort engaging leaders at wallet providers, financial institutions, and crypto exchanges.
Experience executing executive dinners, peer roundtables, or industry event programs end-to-end without a dedicated events team.
Comfort operating autonomously as a one-person team that briefs creative resources, moves quickly, and takes ownership of key metrics.

Nice to Have

Background in crypto, financial crime, anti-money laundering (AML), fraud, or security domains.
Prior operating experience within an ISAC, ISAO, or industry consortium.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 in United States currency on a yearly basis, determined by qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
