Additionally, the individual will serve as the primary on-the-ground finance lead in Ireland, guiding intercompany execution, local contract fulfillment, and regulatory compliance alongside tax and treasury stakeholders.

What you will do
- Manage and scale a global team of revenue accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee the proper accounting of global enterprise SaaS and consumption-based revenue transactions in compliance with ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP.
- Partner with global sales, strategic pricing, deal desk, and legal teams to structure complex customer contracts.
- Serve as the primary on-the-ground finance leader in Ireland to execute intercompany agreement workflows and support local contract fulfillment.
- Coordinate closely with order-to-cash and treasury teams to oversee EU customer contracting, billing workflows, and payment collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in FP&A, IT, and RevOps to identify data and automation improvements that minimize manual workarounds.
- Exercise tiered finance approval authority for non-standard pricing and commercial terms within established guardrails.
What you need
- Active professional accounting qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ACA, FCA, or ACCA).
- Minimum of 5 years of audit or advisory experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
- At least 15 years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience overall.
- Minimum of 5 years dedicated to a technical revenue recognition role within a global, publicly traded or high-growth SaaS and technology company.
- Deep understanding of ASC 606 compliance within enterprise SaaS and consumption-based business models.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Irish statutory requirements, intercompany operational frameworks, and cross-border commercial execution.
- Hands-on proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools such as SQL and enterprise ERP platforms.
