Partner directly with executive leaders and hiring managers to establish role clarity, robust calibration, and joint accountability for hiring results.
Transition the talent acquisition model from reactive hiring tasks to proactive, predictable, and metric-driven talent pipelines.
Optimize intake, operational workflows, and decision processes to remove bottlenecks and elevate candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Coordinate closely with other talent leadership to ensure cohesive hiring plans across multiple business divisions.
Maintain high standards of fairness, responsiveness, and representation of company values for every candidate and manager.

Possess leadership experience in fast-paced environments, ideally with direct background inside the digital infrastructure industry.

Background operating across both scaled corporate enterprises and high-growth startup environments through substantial headcount expansion.
Capable of building repeatable systems and scalable processes without over-engineering or sacrificing speed and results.
Strong partnering skills across all levels from finance and engineering to executive leadership.
Exhibit high urgency, absolute ownership, and accountability toward placing the right people in seats on time.
