Key Responsibilities

Shape the organizational voice within the developer community to drive visibility, trust, and platform adoption.

Showcase the future of System One AI through public speaking, live demonstrations, community involvement, and strategic partnerships.

Take ownership of the complete developer journey, encompassing technical documentation, guides, SDKs, and API references.

Interact directly with developers across Discord channels, physical meetups, and industry conferences.

Serve as the internal voice for developers by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing community feedback for internal teams.

Coordinate and manage community initiatives such as early access periods, beta programs, red-teaming exercises, and bug bounty challenges.

Work alongside product, marketing, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align goals.

Produce practical resources including tutorials, demonstration projects, documentation, and technical cookbooks.

Organize and lead developer-focused events like webinars, workshops, hackathons, and conference presentations.

Requirements

Bring a fluent, comprehensive understanding of large language models, the broader artificial intelligence landscape, developer requirements regarding LLM performance, and primary developer ecosystems and APIs.

Demonstrate strong developer empathy with proven capabilities in active listening, feedback synthesis, and usability testing.

Share a deep dedication to the company mission and a strong motivation to achieve tangible, real-world results.

Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Have a minimum of three years of professional experience working as a software engineer or developer advocate.

An established reputation and positive standing within developer communities is considered a significant advantage.
