What you will do
- Lead post-technical win strategies and execution plans for Databricks use cases within strategic accounts.
- Serve as the accountable technical leader driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of agreed-upon workloads.
- Act as the primary contact for production and go-live technical issues across complex customer organizations.
- Coordinate with professional services, shared services, and expert-level technical resources to resolve escalations and build task scopes.
- Create and execute strategic roadmaps detailing how key use cases accelerate into production.
- Provide internal and external KPI reporting on usage status, investment health, risks, and product adoption to leadership.
What you need
- Must hold U.S. citizenship to satisfy federal contract requirements and client site access obligations.
- Seven or more years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the data and AI domain.
- Programming experience utilizing Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Background in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting capacity.
- Demonstrated understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems and business value attribution.
- Experience managing complex technical programs, conducting discovery workshops, and resolving escalations with senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
