What you will do
- Define and influence technical execution strategies across complex customer use cases and multiple workstreams.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor by leading architecture discussions and guiding key technical decisions with customer leads.
- Design secure, governed, and scalable Databricks architectures while balancing performance, cost, and reliability.
- Build and demonstrate working solutions, prototypes, and reusable technical assets to accelerate customer outcomes.
- Anticipate platform scaling needs and establish best practices for security, governance, and operational excellence.
- Partner across internal, customer, and implementation teams to align resources, manage risks, and accelerate delivery.
- Mentor peers and contribute reusable technical guidance and frameworks across the broader organization.
What you need
- Bring at least five years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, professional services, data engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrate strong coding proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, or similar languages to build and validate technical solutions.
- Possess a deep understanding of distributed data systems, data engineering, analytics, data warehousing, AI and machine learning, and modern cloud architectures.
- Show proven capability in designing secure, governed, scalable, and production-ready data solutions.
- Exhibit the ability to solve ambiguous technical problems and evaluate trade-offs through structured analysis or experimentation.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Databricks experience or certification
- Developing expertise in a technical specialization such as AI/ML, data engineering, streaming, data warehousing, governance, or migrations
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and production cloud deployments
