The Delivery Solutions Architect team focuses on accelerating platform adoption and ensuring long-term success for the company's most strategic and complex customers. Team members operate at the intersection of technical leadership and commercial strategy, guiding enterprise clients from post-sale onboarding through production go-live and healthy workload consumption.
Professionals in this function act as the primary technical point of contact for designated accounts, aligning internal resources, coordinating specialist teams, and driving execution plans. Candidates suited for the position typically possess a robust background in data and AI project delivery, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the commercial acumen necessary to foster executive relationships and articulate business value.
What you will do
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate platform adoption and usage growth across assigned enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases, guiding clients through onboarding, enablement, and successful go-live.
- Act as the primary contact for technical questions and production issues related to agreed-upon use cases within an account.
- Coordinate with professional services, user education, and support resources to execute acceleration plans and resolve complex technical escalations.
- Develop comprehensive execution plans covering workload movement to production, user growth, product adoption, and executive governance.
- Provide regular KPI reporting and updates on customer health, investment status, and risk management to internal leadership.
What you need
- Bring over 10 years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the data and AI domain.
- Demonstrate programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Possess hands-on background in a customer-facing role such as pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Show a strong understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
- Exhibit experience in technical program management, stakeholder communication, and resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Be able to travel up to 30 percent of the time when required.
