Role Overview

As the product scales across global enterprises, understanding user interactions with AI agents is critical. This position turns raw usage data into strategic insights that shape the product roadmap. Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Design, the chosen candidate acts as the analytical conscience of the team by defining success metrics, building models, and running experiments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, instrument, and validate product analytics such as event tracking, funnels, retention curves, and feature-adoption metrics.
Build and maintain the core metrics framework and dashboards for the broader company.
Partner with engineering to improve data instrumentation, event schemas, and tracking quality at the source.
Create self-serve analytics tooling and data models so internal stakeholders can answer day-to-day questions.
Design, run, and assess A/B tests and controlled experiments while maintaining statistical validity.
Conduct deep-dive behavioral analyses, cohort performance tracking, and churn driver investigations.
Build predictive and segmentation models to anticipate user needs, flag churn risk, and identify expansion opportunities.
Translate ambiguous product questions into well-scoped technical analyses and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Possess 3 to 5+ years of experience in a dedicated product data science or product analytics role.
Strong technical toolkit featuring advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
Deep product mindset with curiosity about user behavior beyond top-line numbers.
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with a firm grasp of experimental statistics.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data findings into clear stories for non-technical audiences.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity as a self-directed operator in a fast-paced environment.
Pragmatic approach balancing scientific rigor with startup execution speed.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a fast-moving B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
