Role Overview

This position sits at the intersection of analytics, data science, and data engineering to turn raw product and business metrics into dependable datasets. The professional in this role will design data models, infrastructure, and pipelines to help Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams evaluate performance and usage. The work involves analyzing AI inference, observability, and infrastructure data to generate insights regarding business operations and platform economics.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain semantic layers and core data models.
Create and orchestrate streaming and batch data pipelines using tools like Airflow, Kafka, Apache Beam, or similar frameworks.
Review infrastructure and inference telemetry from observability tools such as Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
Establish and track company-wide metrics covering customer lifecycle, product performance, and usage.
Support self-service analytics utilizing well-organized context and semantic layers.
Guarantee data quality and reliability via proper governance, testing, and documentation.

Requirements
