Role Overview

Databricks seeks a professional to own end-to-end workforce transformation engagements for large enterprise customers in the United States. The position requires diagnosing current workforce capabilities, developing transformation strategies, and executing plans to ensure organizational adoption of data and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete transformation lifecycle for customers, starting from initial workforce assessments through capability development, operating rhythm establishment, and outcome measurement.
Handle multiple concurrent engagements across various formats, ranging from short-cycle assessments lasting two to four weeks to embedded engagements lasting up to sixteen weeks.
Engage with C-level executives including Chief Data Officers, Chief Information Officers, and Chief Human Resources Officers while simultaneously building adoption layers for managers and individual contributors.
Design human-agent collaboration models by analyzing workflows to determine appropriate levels of automation and defining separate pathways for technical builders and workflow users.
Shape commercial scoping and pricing to ensure delivery commitments remain realistic, and convert practical learnings into repeatable tools and playbooks.

Requirements

Eight or more years of experience leading workforce or organizational transformation within a technology adoption context, with a history of owning and executing outcomes.
Demonstrated capability conducting strategic conversations with C-suite or VP-level sponsors to influence enterprise-scale technology adoption.
Practical background as a customer-side data or engineering leader, former solutions architect or engineer in transformation, or consultant with hands-on delivery experience.
Familiarity with change management principles, including sponsorship models, adoption curves, resistance patterns, and internal champion development.
Understanding of data and AI platforms alongside the enterprise adoption challenges associated with them.

Nice to Have

Background in professional services, management consulting, or customer success.
Experience measuring behavior change tied directly to business value rather than completion or satisfaction scores.

Salary and Benefits

Base salary ranges vary by geographic zone in the United States, with Zone 1 spanning $143,700 to $197,550 USD, Zone 2 from $129,300 to $177,750 USD, Zone 3 from $122,200 to $167,950 USD, and Zone 4 from $115,000 to $158,050 USD.
Total compensation package may include eligibility for annual performance bonuses, equity, and comprehensive regional benefits.
