Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer for the AI Neobank will lead the creation and growth of a digital banking platform centered on artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities

Shape the AI Neobank value proposition, business model, and product roadmap.
Design AI-native solutions for payments, cards, accounts, savings, and financial management.
Apply artificial intelligence to streamline customer workflows, financial decisions, and service operations.
Manage profit and loss, revenue, customer acquisition, deposits, unit economics, and operational expenses.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and AI divisions to deliver and launch the product.
Assemble the foundational team and establish necessary operational, technology, and banking functions.
Oversee market expansion, regulatory compliance, and strategic banking partnerships.

Requirements

Extensive background in consumer fintech, neobanks, or digital banking.
Proven track record of direct accountability for a significant business, P&L, or banking product.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations, economics, operations, and product suites.
Excellent product intuition for leveraging AI to deliver superior banking experiences.
Demonstrated history of scaling technology teams and building products.
Strong hands-on operational abilities to resolve execution hurdles, economic details, and customer issues directly.
